GLOTADALS 2026

Registration, Deadlines & Visa Information

Please read the registration policies, visa guidance, refund provisions and support information carefully before completing your registration.

Registration, Deadlines & Visa Information

The registration fee for the Summit is $600.00 (USD) per person for Early Registration, and $700.00 (USD) for Late Registration.

Summit single-day registration is $150.00 (USD).

Each Training Course registration is $400.00 (USD).

Group Registration is allowed. Group registrants must be from the same affiliated institution, and a “group” is defined as 10 persons or more. For further enquiries on how to proceed with group registration, please contact group-registration@glotadals.us.

Student Registration Discount (SRD): Only group student registration discounts are allowed. The group student participation fee is fixed at $150.00 (USD) per student for groups sponsored by their institution or faculty. Institutions or academic departments interested in registering student groups should contact group-registration@glotadals.us.

While registered participants for the Summit are not required to register for training courses, all training registrants are required to register and participate in the Summit.

A trainee who registers for up to five (5) courses is eligible for a 3% fee waiver.

Foreign applicants are advised to take advantage of early registration to receive visa application support documents (such as an invitation letter) for timely visa issuance.

NOTE: The Program Committee is not responsible for issuing visas. However, the Committee will engage the U.S. Department of State regarding the significance of visa processing. Supporting documents may include a priority letter upon request of the registrant. A comprehensive list of confirmed registrants in each country may be transmitted to the U.S. Department of State for visa processing purposes.

Payment for the Summit and Training Program is generally non-refundable except for international registrants outside the United States who require a visa to attend the program.

International participants who wish to cancel their registration must do so at least seventy (70) days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund. International participants are therefore advised to register early to avoid future complications.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and must include a valid reason along with supporting evidence (particularly a visa denial letter for visa-applying applicants).

As noted earlier, Program Administrators will support registered foreign applicants with visa application documents; however, the decision to issue a visa rests solely with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Participants unable to attend due to visa denial must submit the official visa rejection letter to be eligible for a refund.

Participants who cannot attend due to an unforeseen visa ban issued by the U.S. Government on their country of departure will also be entitled to a refund, subject to the seventy (70)-day rule stated above.

Approved cancellations will receive a 65% refund of the registration fee; 35% will be retained to cover processing, refund, administrative, and logistics expenses.

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days after approval of the request.

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds are granted only for visa refusal/denial issues with no proven contributory negligence on the part of the registrant (such as failure to attend a visa interview). No refunds will be granted for cancellations due to personal scheduling conflicts or lack of travel arrangements.

For deadlines on Early and Late Registration, as well as the commencement of issuing introduction and invitation letters for visa applications, please refer to the front page.
