Group Registration
Organizations, institutions, universities, government agencies, companies, professional bodies and other affiliated institutions may register their participants together for the GLOTADALS 2026 Summit.
Group Registration Information
Group registration is available for participants attending the Summit as part of the same affiliated institution or organization.
A designated group coordinator should handle the group registration process and serve as the main point of contact with the GLOTADALS Secretariat.
Group registration is particularly suitable for universities, academic departments, government institutions, companies, professional organizations, NGOs, research institutions and other affiliated bodies wishing to send multiple participants to the Summit.
Important Group Registration Requirement
Group registration is allowed for participants from the same affiliated institution. A group is defined as 10 persons or more.

How to Register Your Group
Follow the steps below to begin the group registration process.
Confirm Your Group Eligibility
Ensure that your participants are from the same affiliated institution or organization and that your group consists of at least 10 persons.
Designate a Group Coordinator
Your institution or organization should select one person to coordinate the group registration and communicate with the GLOTADALS Secretariat.
Submit a Group Registration Request
Click the button below to access the Group Registration Request page. Provide your institution or organization details, coordinator information and the expected number of participants.
Provide Participant Information
The group coordinator will provide the required details for the members of the group as requested during the group registration process.
Await Further Instructions
After submitting the request, the GLOTADALS Secretariat will review the information and contact the group coordinator with further instructions on completing the group registration process.
Complete the Registration Process
Follow the instructions provided by the GLOTADALS Secretariat to complete the registration of your group and its participants.
Training Course Registration
Summit participants are not required to register for training courses. However, participants who wish to register for a training course must also register for and participate in the Summit.
Training course registration is handled as part of the registration process.
